- Submit a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 300/- via Bank of Khyber (A/C # 3006717623)
- Attach required documents (see checklist below) and submit before the deadline
Note: Payment can be submitted from any online banking app, like Jazz Cash, Easypaisa & HBL etc OR by visiting nearest Bank of Khyber. Deposit slip/online payment (screenshot) must be submitted along with appilcation form.

✔ Original Migration Certificate
✔ 04 attested passport-size photos (by Gazetted Officer)
